**Deposit and Payment Policy**
To confirm the booking, a deposit of 25% of the total reservation amount is required. This deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation. The remaining balance of the reservation must be paid at the time of key handover.
Payment methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, Wise, iDEAL, or cash. Additionally, a €150 security deposit is required and must be paid in cash upon check-in. This deposit will be refunded in cash upon check-out, once our hostess verifies that the apartment is returned in the same condition as it was received.
